Alec Ducasse
COACH
As a former division 1 athlete, I understand the dream of becoming a professional baseball player. It takes sacrifice, dedication, a next level work ethic and so much more. That was my dream my entire life, but when it all came to an end, I was lost. God helped me with my purpose, and my vision which is to help the next generations find their purpose and train to be the best athlete they can be. DONT BE AVERAGE!

I was drafted out of high school and signed professionally out of junior college, and the process is hard. And as a father, and former player I know and see the toll baseball can take on the kids. My passion is being able to teach the youth lessons on and off the field. To build men outside of the field and great players on the field. DONT BE AVERAGE!
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create an atmosphere where our athletes can train
somewhere that feels like home. A facility where they can grow and develop
into high level athletes and compete at every level. A space where they will
be taught high level baseball, and become great young men and women
who know their purpose in life.
OUR DRIVE
Our drive is our faith. Being led by our faith has helped us create an environment for our athletes to be led by purpose. Our focus is not on where we train or what we charge, but who we train and where they are physically and mentally. A smile on their face, is worth more than anything we can recieve.
